No two journeys are alike. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are and offer support for your body, mind, and spirit throughout your journey.
Resilient, strong, incredible YOU, I’m so glad you’re here. You are doing everything you possibly can, and I see you. The Mama Bear in you is already shining through, even in the face of impossibly heavy unknowns. This journey is deeply personal, isolating, and often misunderstood. It’s not your fault; You are not crazy for feeling what you feel.
I know the weight you’re carrying, the dreams you’re chasing, and the strength it takes to keep going. After years of “unexplained infertility,” 13 IUIs, 4 ½ IVF cycles, and countless other procedures, my husband and I turned to adoption. Ten long years of waiting, hoping, and heartbreak finally led us to our little miracle boy, who came into the world with a congenital heart defect. Looking back, I know every struggle prepared me to be the mother he needed and face the challenges ahead with strength and as much grace as I could.
I’m here to make your path lighter. First, we’ll focus on YOU—your well-being and your needs. I know how foreign that might feel when you’re running on empty, but together, we’ll boost your strength and resilience. I’ll share tools for navigating daily stress, shifting habits, and reconnecting with your intuition so you can move from surviving to thriving and make clear decisions. This is your life, your body, your mind.
I’m not a therapist (and I always recommend having one as part of your team), but I am a woman who’s been there. I understand the depths of this experience and can offer the kind of support that only comes from living it. I hope to shorten the road to healing for you. You are stronger than you know, and I’m here for you every step of the way.
Research has shown that women with infertility have the same anxiety and depression levels as women with cancer, heart disease, and HIV. Many societies do not understand that infertility is a disease, so couples are blamed for their condition. Studies compare the depression cancer patients go through with that of infertility patients.
